Bob Geldof and Midge Ure
Bob was born in 1952 in Ireland, he said he got bullied for not being into Rugby,After leaving school, he gained certain odd jobs but was not inspired by any of them. He then went to Canada to work as a music journalist. In 1975, Bob Geldof became the lead singer of the Boomtown rats a punk rock band. He famously stated the reason for joining a pop band. In 1978 he got his first UK hit single, He started to part away from the spotlight and went on to do humanitarian charities.
In 1985 Bob was one of producers to the live Aid.
Ure was the famous singer who made "do they know it's christmas time" and also made Ultravox a success,
and helped with live aid concert. And got alot of live rock bands to play for free.
