There are multiple leaders such as the: The leader alby- Co-leader Newt
The keepers of the builders (Gally)
The keepers of the runners(Gally)
The keepers of Cooks(Frypan)
The keepers of Slicers(Winston)
The keepers of the med-jacks(Clint)

They give out punishments by voting and the co-leader/leader decides as well,

They all give votes but it seems that the main leaders have a bigger opinion on it.None of the Gladers who didn’t have a leader role offer any punishment so I guess that the people in charge gave out options for the Gladers to decide.

If someone does something like hurting or attacking another Glader they probably get sent into the maze as soon as the doors starts to close.

But Ben was different because he was stung and he was already to far into the changing so they sent him out, so if he wasn’t stung he most probably put in the cell.

The Box/elevator lifts up new resources and a new Glader, the resources that they get is probably why they have the ability to grow food and other resources such as make bread or farm animals.

The new Glader is always surrounded by food and animals that are in cages, they always seem to be scared because they have no memory of the past.

Everything inside the box is spread out for the many jobs such as the farmers who probably get seeds and resources such as fertiliser and animals for the slicers.

Jobs are passed out by giving each Glader try each job and see what they are best at, if nothing they go to the sloppers.

The slopppers are group of people who clean what slicers have done such as:

Blood cleaning 

Cleaning beds 

And other things that are not mentioned in the book.

Health create project

Our Health project,

In Health we were set a task that required us to make a kahoot so we showed our learning by asking questions on what we would do about a certain situation that is intertwined with Meth.

Our set success criteria were to produce a good kahoot that taught the player/players that meth is bad and how to avoid it. and if been used that you can find a good solution to dealing with it.

The topic that I chose was, ways to deal with Meth to get read of the effects that can come your way if you ever/have used it.

Firstly we had to make the kahoot using the big 5 questions that we were first tasked to do then add other similar questions to it. It had to be at least 10 questions long.

Once we had our 5 BIG questions we used them and added different answers, only one or two answers were actually correct.

From there we edited the kahoot so the presentation of it would look well and it would look as if we cared for it and made it look good.

We chose to make/create this kahoot because it was a simple way of showing our people learning that we have made and we could easily share it with our classmates to give them information.

we chose to do this because it's easy and it was fun because we could make it how we want because it's simple.

We have learned that these questions could give lots of information to young kids so that they could learn simple info about it and to stay away from it.

strategies that are helpful to use if you have encountered it before or know not to use and how to get rid of it or how to safely leave it behind.

It was challenging when we had to make the incorrect answers that had to sound legit but we got bored so we put random things inside it, I coped with the challenge by talking with a friend about it and getting ideas that made it easier.

I worked well with other's because I'm not overwhelmed with work that we are set because I can always rely on my teammate.

We have been doing Gymnastics for the last two weeks and I have mixed opinions on gymnastics, if we didn't have to blog about every little thing and it gets boring if do one thing over and over again even if you just like to do one thing.

What we did:

We were tasked to create a project from our own choosing, we chose to recreate the scene from Star wars when Anakin Obi-wan-kenobi. The brief was to use Sphero's to show key points of the scene we recreated and show how it happened and facts about.

We wanted to make the creation more detailed but we didn't have a another time, we were running into problem after problem and we didn't have enough time.

I think that he is just talking about men and not women because it was a men dominant time then. 

What does the quote mean?

I think it means that we should be as strong as we can so we don't go old before we get strong.

How can we apply this idea to your own life?

Cows dissection

Aim:

To Dissect a cow's eye and look at the different parts of the eye.

Equipment:

1. A cow's eye

2.a pair of scissors

3. a pair of 

4.a tray

5. some newspaper.

Set up the tray and the newspaper on a desk, put gloves on. Then when done that get scissors and cut away the fat, then go and puncture the eye between the black ring and the pupil. When done that make sure to not pop the eye so you don't get covered in the humour. 

Cut it down in half and then just before you go right through take out the the black thing to see the Retina.

Leadership is a person who takes charge, and doesn't give up. He/she listens to people who are talking and trying to give ideas and actually listen and do what he believes in and also what his followers believe in. being a leader also means that when you are in charge you have to think and plan, you have to make the right choices or ideas from the public.

1 cup lettuce leaf,sliced finely

3 leafs of mint,

1/3 of of a capsicum, sliced finely

Method:

Water down the paper rolls,

Then put your chopped vegetables and ingredients onto the middle,

Then fold to form a Spring rolls,

What I think:

I think that it was bland and soggy, even with the sauce on it; it still tastes awful. It would be better if it was cooked and if we cooked the actual vegetables with a sauce to give it flavour.

I think they made this a global movement because people who got bullied because they wore different things, this day is just for people who is being bullied because of their different qualities.

Spaghetti bolongnese 9HEC

 Spaghetti Bolongnese

2T olive oil 

1 medium onion diced

1 medium carrot diced

1 stick celery, thinly sliced

200 grams of minced

1/2 dried basil

Pepper to taste

200g pasta

METHOD:

1. Heat oil in large pot and add the onion and garlic

2.Cook for 2-3 min,stir frequently until onion is soft

3.Stir the Carrot and celery and cook for about a minute

4.Add mince to it and stir until the it has lost its pink colour

5.Add basil,tomatoes and tomato puree

6.Boil water for 12 minutes with the pasta inside

7.drain pasta and toss in a oil to stop it sticking

8.then evenly place the pasta and meat 

9.then eat

Our group did well during it and nothing really happened so yeah :)

This is a Photo of the last two soldiers who crossed the no mans land, I read this a book and only two survived but since they knew we were gonna be overrun they just ran for it but they died.

B & E Blog post

 Write a refection on your blog about your Business and Enterprise experience.

It was fun most of the time but it got boring just setting there doing nothing waiting for people to buy our stuff. But we made quite a bit of money from it though so I guess it was worth our time to do it.

We did really well during the market day even though we sold sour drinks, people still bought them for some reason which was weird. I stood at the our stool at the start it was funny seeing their faces after they drunk our sour drinks, but what I didn't like was when I realised that we didn't keep the money that we earned which sucked a lot because we put all of our time and effort into it but other than that yeah it was fun, I even saw a ball thrown at somebody's balls.

I think maybe I could make more of our drinks because while we were making them we didn't we needed much because I thought barely anybody would buy it.

I would change that maybe we got the money that we earned from it because at the bank they got a lot of money from just that and it would made us actually want to sell a good products not like our sour drinks.

I think that I did well in the group, I helped make sure we got what we needed I think, I mostly made the sign that we made.
