Spaghetti bolongnese 9HEC

 Spaghetti Bolongnese


2T olive oil 

1 medium onion diced

1 medium carrot diced

1 stick celery, thinly sliced

200 grams of minced

1/2 dried basil

Pepper to taste

200g pasta

METHOD:
1. Heat oil in large pot and add the onion and garlic
2.Cook for 2-3 min,stir frequently until onion is soft
3.Stir the Carrot and celery and cook for about a minute
4.Add mince to it and stir until the it has lost its pink colour
5.Add basil,tomatoes and tomato puree
6.Boil water for 12 minutes with the pasta inside
7.drain pasta and toss in a oil to stop it sticking
8.then evenly place the pasta and meat 
9.then eat


Our group did well during it and nothing really happened so yeah :)
