The Respiratory System-

Breathing out is completely normal and instant.

Breathing through your mouth it reduce immunity.

The Cardiac Muscle  (heart)

Pumps blood,

Veins help and and travel blood through your body

The blood takes away the waste 

Pumping action creates what we know as our pulse

Veins don't have a muscular wall but have valve like structures which prevents blood flowing backwards.

Method:

Cut bottom, then cut top, then cut top of balloon.

Then place it over the cut you made on the cup you made.

Cover around it with duck tape but if you have none hold it with your hand when shooting.
