One chicken breast,
One packet of noodles
1 spring onion,
1 carrot,
seame oil,
1 cup of 3 different veges,
method:
Cut up the chicken in little pieces,
Cut the vegetables into strips,
Cook the noodles then,
saute the chicken,
then drain the noodles after it's cooked then let it rest,
cook the chicken on a frying pan separate from the vegetables,
add sauces to the vegetables and chicken if you didn't add enough,
If one of you team members do not eat meat evenly give them enough vegetables and give a little bit of noodles to the vegetarian to make it even.
The stir fry was really good and our team( 2 people).
Kia ora Sonny. I like the way you have included how you dealt with the vegetarian in your group. I am pleased that you enjoyed your outcome but I would like more comment on the flavours and what changes you think could be made to improve the over all flavour.
